My iMac needed service, I was given a same day appointment even though it was the week of Christmas and they were very busy. My problem was quickly diagnosed, had to leave computer for hardware issue. I was told 5 to 7 days but Christmas closure might add to this time. I was contacted in four days to pick up my machine - good as new. Very reasonable price, every associate I had contact with was friendly, competent and helpful (Apple phone support too!) My complements to Apple & staff.
I visited the store three weeks ago. I was greeted by several people upon entering. Charlene had a very welcoming demeanor so we chatted a bit and she was able to answer the questions I had. Other Apple stores in town will ignore you when you walk in and you kind of walk around lost making eye contact with associates that just smile and keep their backs glued to the wall. This store is inviting and clean
Have apple care+ battery was running very slow and I had issues with my phone being super slow and freezing completely. Screen was also cracked and they dented a replacement.
I was very satisfied with the help I received from Hayley. I needed to correct some issues with my iPhone Pro and my iPad Pro.
Prior to talking with Hayley I spoke with a young man who was somewhat helpful but Hayley took the extra time to show me exactly what I needed to do. Now I have successfully corrected my issue.
In the past I have spoken with Apple support over the phone and what I thought was corrected, I am now confident Hayley has resolved the issue. I’m looking forward to working personally with Hayley on my next purchase.
Apple Store has more employees than customers but unfortunately we went to the store and no body offered to help us. We waited about 5-10 minutes until I asked a employee if she could help us get a phone which she replied that she worked the back of house but she called another employee which was really busy talking with the group of coworkers that were gathering in the middle of the store while we needed help and no body offered any assistance. We just purchased the phone because it’s two day before Christmas but we almost left due the bad service!!!
Had a frozen up iPhone 8 Plus. They were able to reset phone. There was no charge. Very happy ❤️
Antonio was very rude, condescending, passively aggressive with a smile on his face. Some kindness and good customer service skills are much needed and would go a long way. I generally do not post reviews of any kind, but this rude human just ruined my whole day with his rude and condescending tone. Never experienced this in any Apple stores around the world, generally everyone is always very nice and welcoming, but this person… wow.
Apple Store employee Der screwed up the transfer of my wife’s data from her iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 15. She then permanently deleted the data without asking for permission. Having personally changed Apple devices at least a half dozen times, it is so easy not to do this that I assume Der did it on purpose. Neither her nor the Apple Store took any responsibility for doing this, nor did they offer us any compensation. Der is going to receive “feedback”, whatever this means, but otherwise will face zero consequences for what she did.
